My desserts are based on the ketogenic diet profile of high healthy fats, moderate protein and sugar free, resulting in a very low carb treat. I handcraft all of my desserts in small batches using only the finest premium ingredients available without the use of any artificial ingredients, additives, GMOs or preservatives. My desserts are very CLEAN and I'm extremely strict with the ingredients and the way they're produced. I assure you only 100% all natural, grain free, gluten free, sugar free, healthy and delicious treats come out of my kitchen!

Baking Ingredients:

I exclusively use Non-GMO Almond and Coconut flour, both 100% gluten and grain free. I NEVER use questionable ingredients such as; soy flour, corn starch, lupin flour, etc. 

For cocoa, I use Non-GMO 100% pure unsweetened cocoa powder (NOT unsweetened chocolate) and sugar free chocolate chips sweetened with stevia. 

For sweeteners, I use 100% all natural Monk Fruit, Erythritol & Stevia (zero calorie, zero on the glycemic index and Non GMO) and pure Stevia. I NEVER use any artificial sweeteners such as; sucralose, sorbitol, maltitol, dextrose, etc. 

And for the fats, I use organic grass-fed pure butter, pasture-raised eggs, cream cheese, ghee, coconut and avocado oil.

I am very passionate about using food for healing. I've been experimenting with foods and gluten free baking for the past 13 years. It all started when my husband and I discovered he and our kids had an intolerance to wheat, gluten and some other foods. Since then, we've been implementing an all natural-nutrient dense way of eating and for the past 4 years my husband and I have followed a very strict ketogenic lifestyle ourselves. All orders require a non-refundable pre-payment, which is due at the time your order is received. Should you need to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded only if canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. 

For orders $20 or under, only cash payment is accepted.

Due to high demand and certain holidays I encourage you to order as early as possible. Everything is baked to order and a 1 week (7 day) notice is required for all orders (cake orders require 2 week notice).
